Dr. Sajjad Ali Mushtaq is currently working in Electrical Engineering Department at CIIT Abbottabad Pakistan as an Assistant Professor. He received his PhD in Computer Engineering from Telecom Bretagne, France. He holds MPhil and MSc degrees in Electronics from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad, Pakistan. Dr. Mushtaq has almost 14 years of research and development, academia and project management experience. He worked with various multinational organizations like Alcatel Lucent, Comverse and Companym@ges. His research interest includes Policy Based Network Management (PBNM), Software Defined Radios (SDRs) and PBNM for Unified Communication. He has worked in Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), Ontology and MCDM integration with Ontology for Dynamic PBNM and published his work in IEEE, Springer (LNCS) and ACM proceedings.
